Host can list his accommodation for free. It is possible to define a price per night, add a description and images, enable unavailability dates.
He can accept or decline reservation request which he receives per Email notification.
Once the accommodation is booked a service fee is automatically deducted from the payout to the host (adjustable by site admin, currently 15%). The remaining amount will be credited to the account of the host. The credit can be used for booking accommodations or payed out via bank transfer or PayPal.
Guests can filter the accommodation by different criteria like location, area, price range, accommodation type etc
Chosen accommodation can be booked via PayPal payment. Once a reservation request is accepted or declined the guest will receive an automatic notification per Email.
Guests and Hosts are able to left a 5-star rating and a short comment to each other. These ratings provide useful additional information to other interested persons and increase trust in the platform and offered accommodation.
Host is able to mark his accommodation as “not available”, if he doesn’t want to rent it in certain period of time. Rented times and pending reservations are automatically scheduled.
Registered users can send private messages to each other. Users have their own inbox and outbox. Also, a notification email is sent to user when a new PM is received. This option can be also disabled by site admin.
The platform is responsive and looks great on mobile and tablets. So your customers can easily search or place an advertisement of their property anytime on any device.
Easy to customize: The layout is based on templates (header, menu bar, footer), which allow you to customize the appearance with HTML at any time.
Build in content editor: Logo as well as contents of the pages can be edited with the integrated editor. You can also easily create your own pages!
The platform uses its own geodatabase for proximity search and correction of typing errors for locations. It includes GeoCoordinates of locations in Europe. You can easily import additional geodata from geonames inside admin panel.
Thanks to the integrated Facebook API, users can log in directly with their Facebook account without filling the registration form. The user data (name, location, email etc.) will be transmitted by the Facebook API and automatically stored in the user database.
Users can be verified by uploading a passport copy (this can be checked by admin and is not publicly available). Then a "verified" badge appears in the user's profile, which promotes trust in the user and the platform as well.
Optimal performance with low server requirements. The platform only needs Webspace with PHP5 and a MySQL database, which all current hosters offer.
The platform is search engine optimized, especially the individual accommodation subpages. In order to locate all subpages in search engines properly, an XML sitemap will be automatically generated
You can easily add more languages or edit existing translations. All languages are stored inside PO. files which you can edit online inside admin panel. You can also enable or disable language selection menu if needed.
